• All invoices must be paid within 24 hours after receipt of the invoice.
• If an invoice cancellation request is not made and the invoice is not paid within 24 hours, it will result in a cancellation of wholesale account and no further wholesale requests or orders can be made.
• When ordering wholesale, items are shipped by the dozen.
• Some styles are shipped in an assortment of different colors per dozen. Below, each style will list the different colors per dozen.
• Colors may not be distributed evenly per dozen.
• Do not place your wholesale order on this website. The remainder of this website is for retail purchases only. Wholesale orders are made by requesting a PayPal invoice below.

Shipping

• Wholesale orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
• Shipping is $11.95 and free on orders $150 and over (these two policies do not apply to orders shipped outside of the United States).
• All wholesale orders ship by USPS Priority mail with USPS signature confirmation.
• Someone must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the order.
• If no one is available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will bring the package back to the post office, where it may be picked up by the recipient.
• To retrieve a package from the post office, print the tracking number from your email and make an in-person visit to the post office.
• A note on undeliverable packages by the post office: USPS will return a package to us for the following reasons: 1) package went unclaimed by the recipient for more than a week; 2) the recipient entered the wrong shipping address at the time the order was placed. If USPS should return an undeliverable package to us, once the package is received by us, a refund will immediately be processed, less shipping charges. If the original order was processed with free shipping, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.

Returns

• Wholesale orders may be returned within 14 days after the order is received.
• Single items from wholesale orders may not be returned individually – if a single item needs to be returned, the entire order must be returned.
• If the entire order is not received within a return package, the return will not be honored and the returned items will be immediately sent back to the customer.
• However, if any individual defective items are received, those items may be returned by themselves for a refund or exchange (please contact us to replace damaged/defective items).

Payment

• Use the form at the bottom of this page to request a PayPal invoice for your wholesale items.

• If you would like to cancel your invoice after receiving it, please do so within 24 hours.

• Each item below links to the original style page. This is for reviewing color assortment only.
• Individual style pages may or may not includes photos of each color in the wholesale assortment. Do not place your order on the individual style page. The remainder of this website is for retail purchases only.
