Winner(s) must respond within 14 days of notification to claim prize. After that, prize will be forfeited.
To ensure that you receive the winning email notification, please immediately add our email address to your mobile phone contact list as well as the contact list for your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, iCloud, etc.): hello@retrocitysunglasses.com.
Winners of the giveaway located outside of the United States will be solely response for any clearance, taxes, and duties fees asked for by their postal office or customs office.
United States winners, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive prize.
International winners, please allow up to 6 weeks to receive prize.
(US Winners Only) Once the package ships, the winner will receive a shipment confirmation email, containing the tracking number.
(US Winners Only) It is the winner's responsibility to keep track of the status of the package. If package is held at the post office for pick-up and the recipient takes too long to claim the package, the post office will return the package back to us. If the package is returned to us, prize will be forfeited.
(International Winners Only) Unfortunately, the package cannot be tracked after it ships. Nor can the package be located should the post office lose it during transit. If the package does not arrive within 6 weeks, it will be the winner’s responsibility to start a claim with their local post office to find the package. Back To Top
